Terms and conditions
- Participants who cancel before 10 June 2019 will be entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations received after this date.
- Cancellations must be submitted to The Conference Company in writing in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
- Substitutions of delegates are welcome and may be made without incurring administration fees. Notification of substitution should be provided in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to facilitate the registration process.
- Delegate no-shows will be liable for the full attendance fee, but will be sent a copy of the course material (on request).
- In order to qualify for the nominated group discount, multiple delegates must be submitted on the same registration form.
- Until payment has been received, registration for the seminar and any of its associated events cannot be confirmed. Payment is required prior to attendance and proof thereof it is to please be submitted to email@example.com
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Conference Company reserves the right to change the programme content, the speakers, the venue or date of the seminar. You will be notified in writing no less than 5 working days prior to an event.
